Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for some reason you are not happy with your LEWISIIBEDDING order, please contact us at info@lewisiibedding.com.

Please read all item details carefully before purchasing!

To arrange a refund of your purchase we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact and invoice included to be eligible for refund. You can fill the return form here.

2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

8. Click Request return

Please take the time to read the care instructions on items prior to washing as we will not accept items for replacement if they have been damaged in the wash or treated incorrectly.

Except where the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage charges on the return of products. We are happy to assist with the return of goods, so please do not hesitate to contact us info@lewisiibedding.com with any concerns.

Refunds If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
