Shipping policy
All LEWISII BEDDING orders are carefully packaged ensuring your items will stay protected until they reach you. Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days with the exception of the celebration in winter and summer closure period.
To make your shopping experience better and avoiding long wait times, we have collaborated with DHL fulfilment centre. A tracking number will be provided with which you can track the progress of your shipment. Standard international shipping time, depending on the destination, may take up to 10 business days.
PRE-ORDERS: If you have ordered a special garment before it's official launch date, it will be ready for shipment in 60 business days.

- Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While working to minimise shipping delays, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers.
For customers located in England and other countries outside EU
The standard DHL shipping service on International orders (except Russia), may take between 5 - 21 days.
Please note that the import duty or tax costs are not included in this final price and will be invoiced to you directly from delivery service or an import broker appointed by you. The price of the item regardless the customer's location can't be adjustable.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
